  • What are the fees for physiotherapy services?

Do all Private Clinics charge the same fee?

The 2015 Fees are set jointly by The Canadian Physiotherapy Association Manitoba Branch and The Physiotherapy Alliance. All Private Clinics in Manitoba follow the same fee schedule.

Subsequent Appointments $58.25
Acupuncture & Physio Assessment $86.75
Acupuncture & Physio Treatment $73.50

Reconditioning Assessment / Functional Evaluation Assessment $190.00 plus report fee
Reassessment $100.00
Reconditioning Program $100.00 per session
Home Program $185.00

  • What type of payment is accepted at Physiotherapy Works!?

Cheque, Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard are all accepted.  American Express is not accepted.


  • How long will each session take?

The time can range from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the treatment recommended by the Physiotherapist.


  • What is the usual wait time to schedule an appointment?

One – five working days.  We also have a cancellation list and if it suits your schedule we may call you for an earlier appointment.


  • What should I bring with me?

A change of clothes is recommended ie. shorts, tank top.


  • Are services covered by Manitoba Health?

Only in a hospital setting, not in a private clinic.

  • Does Physiotherapy Works! direct bill?

A $10.00 administration fee is charged annually for the clinic to bill your insurance company directly.

Manitoba Blue Cross, Great West Life, Green Shield and Chamber of Commerce can all be billed directly.

Manitoba Public Insurance / Workers Compensation Board are billed directly with NO FEE to the claimant.
